Philippines and Kazakhstan, Grand Prize at 2011 K-POP World Festival

I received e-mails from some readers asking me about the results of the K-Pop World Festival last December 7th in Changwon Velodrome. So here are the winners:

There were 21 teams invited from 16 different countries. They stayed in Korea for 5 days doing cultural trips, mentor session with Sistar and K-Will and as far as I know they also visited some entertainment agencies. Of course they were also able to mingle with some K-Pop stars like

T-ara, Infinite, Secret, SiSTAR, K. Will, Boyfriend, MBLAQ, and CNBLUE.

If you were not in Changwon that day then you can watch it on December 30th, 6pm (Korea time) on KBS2. And it will be also aired on KBS World and Arirang TV in eleven countries.
